Maddy Gaoiran, EA
Maddy Gaoiran has been preparing taxes since 1989. In January, 1992 she started "Bayview Accounting & Tax Service". Her firm provides year round accounting and payroll services as well as preparation of tax returns for individuals, business entities, fiduciary returns for estates & trusts and gift tax returns. In 2004 she became an enrolled agent and began representation for clients.
She has presented this program to the NATP 2008 National Convention and various tax organizations in Oregon , Idaho and Southern California .
Samuel S. Peden, EA
Sam is a former IRS employee serving as a Revenue Officer, Group Manager, Instructor in technical areas of collection, as well as management training including writing the National Advanced Technical Training Manual for the Collection Division of the IRS. He has also served as an "expert witness" in federal courts for the Collection Area of the IRS. Sam retired from the service in 1995 and established a private practice specializing in collection matters as well as speaking at various seminars.
Sam's presentation has received rave reviews from various tax groups.
