IDA Program will be presented by Cynthia Winter, Program Director and Lea Hadley, a graduate of the program.
For the donor IDA provides a charitable contribution on the Federal Return Tax, credit on the State Return of 75% of contribution up to $75,000 and not to exceed Oregon Tax Liability. Part-year residents and nonresident are not required to prorate the credit
Participants are individuals in a lower income household. Account holders deposits are matched by private donations and income accumulates tax deferred. Withdrawals from the accounts are tax-free if used for: Higher Education expenses,Purchase a primary residence, Start a business.
